Iam sorry to say it but you have to be brave enough and resign as soon as possible due to the fact that Al-Hilal team players are not doing well since you started coaching them. We know our club very well since long time ago and we never seen this level of performance in which there is no tactics at all besides lack of fitness.This poor performance doesn't indicate at all that this club is last year champion and most important it gives the impression that the club has no coach at all

So in order to keep your good reputation as a well known coach, you better resign and find another club. By doing this we will respect you given that being a good coach doesn't mean that you will succeed at all the time

Finally,we feel terriably sorry that you recommended such lousy proffessional players such as Somalia and Leonardo who doesn't know where to stand in the field. Iam sure that Al-Khurashi and Al-Bargan are much better than them if they were given a chance

If you decide to saty then it's your decesion but make sure that if you don't improve the team, then you will be forced to leave very soon, so it's your choice now before it's too late
