Dear Mr. Marco Villiger – Head of Legal Affairs (FiFa)
We, Al-Hilal FC Fans (Riyadh - KSA), are sadly presenting this complaint to your office where we kindly ask the concerned department to process and raise the appropriate enquiry regarding the major incidence happened last night after the final of the Crown Prince Cup 2009.
After the game have finished, and just before the trophy handing ceremony who we won proudly, Al-Hilal’s Manager Mr. Cosmin Olareo had an argument with one of the stadium officials regarding the contribution of all the team members in the ceremony. After the argument Mr. Cosmin - could not see his team’s substitutes not allowed in and he preferred to stay with them and celebrate in the dressing room. And because this decision, the Saudi FA have decided this morning that Mr. Cosmin is to resign his career with Al-Hilal, and not to be allowed to coach in Saudi Arabian leagues in future. And the reasons are absolutely ridiculous and do not comply with FiFa’s codes nor its regulations.
In a similar case, FiFa has raised such an enquiry about the Kuwaiti FA. And it resulted in suspending the Federation’s activities because of the outrageous interference in football matters by the government. In our case, we believe that if such an enquiry was processed, a tremendous amount of hidden facts may float to the surface of your well-trusted vision. |
