أولاً: هل كان المدعو يقصد أن وقت ابائنا وجدانا عندما لم يكن هناك عنوسة إنه كان عندهم لقاءات اجتماعية (أو صياعة كما يريد)
ثانياً: مشكلة العنوسة مشكلة عالمية بما فيها امريكا واوربا ودول الشرق، ونحن جزء من العالم.
ثالثاً: هذا لا يعني اهمال المشكلة، وعدم البحث عن حلول لها.

I would like to first say that my major disagreement is towards the whole issue of trying to JUDGE people.

As to the issue of NAME CALLING, i used the words that the writer of the initial article and added what others words indicate the directions. Thus the word KAFIR was not used in the first article that was written by Sa3ad, it is the norm and habit of many people to use one word to indicate another. Much like using the word SHARAB to indicate the forbidden KHAMR or using the word FAWAYED to indicate the forbidden REBA or using the word ELMANI to indicate KOFOR.
It is all Hypocracy and it will not take us anywhere, so let's be honest and clear.

I find it depressing that you don't acknowledge reality, and I despise you making SAREEAH something independant of reality. God subhanah wa taala made SHAREEAH to accomodate reality not to contradict it.


About BaJubair himself, I am not interested in knowing his personality or his agenda, I read the article and see if there is anything that can make one issue or another a better issue and take it but whether he is this or that I don't care about him.

Sir, in this society we have a serious problem with the number of unmarried women, and I have to say also unmarried men. They are unmarried for a REASON, we better search and find why and try to solve it within what god wants not with what we used to do in the villages or what was done 50 years ago.

I hope you find it within yourself and see what my real intentions are and insha'allah you will relate to reality a bit more closely.

[ALIGN=JUSTIFY]أتفق معك أخي الكريم أن بعض الشباب ربما كتب كلمة "علماني" و هو يقصد معناها الحقيقي (أي كافر). لكن الكثير من الناس يقولها و لا يعني بها ما يلَزمُها من التكفير . فكما استنكرت على الشباب إطلاقهم كلمة "علماني" على باجبير فأنت يجب أن لا تتهمهم بأنهم يعنون الكفر ، سيما و أن الكثير من المجتمع لا يعي اللوازم و المعاني العميقة لكثير من المصطلحات. فمثلما طالبتهم بالدليل على تكفيره فأنت مطالبٌ بتقديم الدليل على أنهم أرادوا التكفير. فالقاعدة الاصوليةُ تقول : " لا يُؤخذ بلازم القول الا بعد التثبت و الاستيضاح " .

أخي الكريم ، ما يستحق التنويه و الاشادةُ به هو أن لديك نواياً حسنةً و اهتمام بمشاكل المسلمين. لكن النوايا و ما تُكٍنّ بصدرك لا يمكن أت تُفصلَ عن الاساليب و الممارسات. فما يدعو اليه باجبير ، ووافقته أنت ، يجب أن يكون منضبطاً بميزان الشريعة. فرغبتنا الى حل مشكلة الزواج يجب ان لا ينتج عنها مشكلةٌ أخرى و هي اللقطاء.

أما ما زعمت أنه الواقع اعتماداً على ما رأيته في "كان" و "نيس" و غيرها من مدن اوربا فهو استنتاجٌ خاطيءٌ وساقطٌ احصائياً ، من وجهة نظر علميةٍ بحته. فهذه شريحةٌ لا تُمثّلَ الا نسبةً هي أقل من أن تُذكر من المجتمع السعودي . ثم حتى لو فرضنا جدلاً أن هذا صحيحٌ ( مع خطأه إحصائياً كما تقدم) فوجودها لا يُعطيها أي شرعية. فأنت تتفق معي أن هناك عدداً من المسلمين يشربون الخمر و لا أظنّك تلتزمُ بما قررتَه سابقاً و تقول بتحليل الخمر من باب التعايشَ مع الواقع !!

أخي الكريم ، هناك مشاكلٌ أتفق معك على وجودها و لكن يجب أن لا تعمينا فنندفع الى الطرف الآخر فنجد أنفسنا في مشاكل أكبر و أعقد. [/ALIGN]

Again you are saying something and asking ME to prove it when it is YOU who admited it read this
"علماني" و هو يقصد معناها الحقيقي (أي كافر).
So don't ask me to prove what you said because you said it.

I have expressed that we shall read what ANYONE wants to write and take what is good and what is bad , and before all we shall ACKNOWLEDGE our problems before they become part of our nature, I didn't agree with what he said but i agree with BaJubair mentioned in terms of mentioning the problem and also I agree that there has to be a FAMILY based solution to the problem but whether or not i agree with BaJubair about the APPROACH thats another issue.

Your statement about JUDGING me i think is way too broad and much reckless.

In regards to your other statement

What any person sees is a piece of the big REALITY and if you shall so give it a less statistical count thats up to you but make no doubt that what I see is a PART of reality.

I don't see where I wrote that I legalize what Allah(swt) has already forbidden but I hope you revise your judgemental views and get back to the common sense that the deeds of the prophit peace be upon him has asked us muslims to be like.

Where is the other side? and exactelly how many other sides are there ? and who said that these sides are actually sides? I think you live with views that everything that is different than you is a view that is OPPOSITE to your view, you remind me of George Bush's words "IF YOU ARE NOT WITH US YOU ARE AGAINST US"
