and his role in the Judaization of Palestine
Harbert Samuel
He is a British , Zionists politician , He is from a business Jewish family , he studied in Oxford university and joined the liberal party . He was the first British Jew Zionists in 1914 , he played an important role in serving Zionism and sought cunningly for putting Palestine under the British protection ; due to be called by the Zionist organization in the judaization of the Palestinian territories by the flow of Jewish immigrants and the building of settlements as a prelude to the declaration of entitlement to the so-called "Israel
Appointing as the first High Commissioner
Due to the British plans and the Zionist movement interests, the military administration was ended and the civil administration was established then called the Government of Palestine and the British flag was raised on all the government departments in Palestine and "Herbert Samuel" took over his powers as the first high commissioner in Palestine since July 1920
Samuel took over the presidency of the Executive Council and constituted the advisory council of 20 members, half are English ,7 are Arabs and 3 are Jews and his job is only advisory function
Loyd George, the prime minister of Britain, had the same Zionists thoughts especially Herbert Samuel; Especially those concerning of the transfer of Jewish immigrants from Western Europe and established English protectorate in Palestine to encourage Jewish settlement in it so Samuel was appointed as the first High Commissioner in Palestine in 1920 after issuance of the mandate decision and the most important aim was to build a Jewish state in Palestine and to prepare for establishing a Jewish national homeland in Palestine. Samuel was appointed to this position to confirm the commitment of the British government to the Zionist movement and its intention to implement the Balfour Declaration , he continued in his position for five years so he sat up political, economic and administrative laws that serve the establishment of a Jewish national home in Palestine , On August in the same year he had issued a law that allowed the immigration of 16.500 Jews to enter Palestine so the Jewish population increased in the period between 1918-1925 from 105 thousand to 118 thousand

Recognizing the Hebrew language as one of the local language in Palestine

He is in charge of the development of laws and regulations that run the country , and was appointed to the posts of director-general of the immigrant, travel, trade and then added third position which is the director of space
Announcing the Hebrew language as an official language in the country beside Arabic and English
He left the ICRC to Atidah – the jewish agency the management of knowledge and Jewish schools , while Arab knowledge is with the English

In 1930 ,The British government granted concession to extract the Dead Sea salts and minerals for 75 years for the Jewish , the agents of the Palestinian Potash Company ……. The British government enacted laws to protect the Jewish industries and exempt goods produced by Arabs locally in order to destroy the Arab local industry

the Zionists project passed by the support of Britain as they facilitated everything for the Zionists and prevented the Arab and Palestinians of standing against the Zionists project , so Britain is responsible for every suffering , pain and ejecting that is still going on now ... are we going to hear apologizing from Britain for that ? or when they are going to be ready to correct that?
