السلام عليكم مساء الخير,,, يا شباب انا قريتي موقفه وراسلت الدعم وارسل رساله باللغه الانجليزيه وبصراحه ما عرفت اقراها ,, يا ليت لو احد الاعضاء يترجم الرساله شاكر لكم Hello,
there is no way of paying for unbanning an account. This was also written in the initial mail you received:
your account has been banned, due to a negative booking operation of your credit card provider. Sadly we have received a charge back.
As these chargebacks are very expensive and time intensive for us, your account has been banned and remains banned. There is no way to unban the account again.
