| Thanks Almbde3 , I think they focus on the disadvantages only,but in my opinion the problem is not the age. Some students are 19-22 yrs. old and they deserve this benefaction, and some of them are 25-30 yrs. old and they came for treasure only.Any way,I think MOHE does not give off BACHELOR any more
