نود ان نشير الى انهGoal.com ليس من صالح او ضد اى نادي ، وان الصحافيين تسعى الى ان تكون مقالاتهم موضوعية بغض النظر عن كل شي .و انه يسعدنا نشر مقال جيوسيبي عن تصور وسائل الاعلام وتحيزهم ضد السيدة العجوز...


اليكم المقال .......


بما ان طبيعية المشجعين لكرة القدم فضوليين ,أجد انه غير مفهوم بالنسبة لي كيف يمكن ان تكون عقول بعض المشجعين محدوده. نحن في الاسبوع السابع من الدوري الايطالي ولا يزال الجدل الذي ابتلي فيه الكثيرون موجود . يبدو ان اليوفنتوس لا يمكن أن يكسب الكثير باعتباره يواجه انتقادات بحال الفوز او التعادل او الخسارة !!!!!!!!!!!

العنصر الاول من الالتباس الذي لا يزال يدهشني هو فكرة ان اليوفنتوس بالفعل اشترك في تجهيز المبارايات وارسل الى Serie ب لهذا الغرض.

هذا غير صحيح , اليكم تعريف القضية من المحكمة

الجمله الفعليه لــ Calciopoli من ملفات المحاكم الاتحادية (ويمكن مشاهدتها على الموقع الرسمى للfigc في قسم الارشيف) واساسها هو التالي :
الصفحه 74-75 - ليس هناك "نظام moggi"
- الصفحه 76 لا دليل على انتهاكات المادة 6 بتثبيت المباراة ضد يوفنتوس !!!!!!!
- الصفحه 83 اختيارات الحكام تتم وفقا للقواعد figc وليس بتدخل احد وهذا ما حصل !!!!
- الصفحه 101 البطاقات الصفراء لم تكن منظمه او متفق عليها
- الصفحه 61 يوفنتوس لم يكن مسؤولا عن انقاذ فيورنتينا بعد دي سانتيس - تأثر المباراة بين ليتشي وبارما التي انتهت بالتعادل والتي سمحت للفيولا بالبقاء في دوري الدرجة الاولى

هذا غيض من فيض وكذب واشجع اي شخص يهمه أن يحكم بنفسه بارسال رسالة الى البريد و[email protected] للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات بما في ذلك عمليات التصنت على الهاتف الفعلي والوثائق القانونية من المحاكمه.

هذا هو الماضي ولكن.... وعند النظر الى الحاضر هناك شيء محير جدا !! , في أول 7 مباريات من الدوري الايطالي فاز يوفنتوس بمباراتين بنتائج كبيرة (ليفورنو 5-1 وريجينا 4-0) ، والتهم لا تزال تظهر في أوراق بعد الصحف.

والغريب ايضا الهجوم بعد هزيمة اودينيزي والتهم التي وجهت عبر الصحف !!


وما يذهلني انه هناك من يتوقع انه من المحتمل ان يوفنتوس يمكن ان يكون له يد في افساد النظام. لنفرض من اجل الجدل انه يوفنتوس كان الغشاشون في calciopoli وانهم لا يزالون كذلك. بعد ان شاهدنا قائمة اللاعبين بالكامل تقريبا تغيرت و تغير المدرب و الوضع المالي تغير ، وتغير المديرين والادارة ، والحكم يتغير وبعض من في الاتحاد تغيروا !!!!
كيف يمكن لليوفنتوس ان يكون لديه القدرة على التأثير على أي شيء؟!!! كما ان تكلفة calciopoli على يوفنتوس قرابة ربع مليار يورو ؛ ويبدو من المنطقي جدا ان يركزوا على العودة لراس القائمة والمكافحه

هذا ولم تتوقف المضادين لليوفينتوس من القيام بنفس اللحن الذي سئمنا منه. حسنا ، دعنا ننظر الى ما لم يتغير:

1- يوفنتوس بدا بداية جيدة واخذ نقاط مهمة من الفيولا و روما

2- احتل المركز الثاني بدون عناء

3-مهاجمهم الاول في سلم الهدافين

4- رغم مرحلة البناء والاصابات الا انهم يمشون بثبات

5- لم يتغير الهيكل الصحافي المتمركز في ميلانو

6- الاعذار القديمة نفسها لصحف (فرق ميلانو) لانطلاقة اليوفي القوية

ومن الدهشة ان يجد اليوفي نفسه في موقف دفاعي بدل من الهجوم واخذ حقه !!

مثل مباراة كالياري !! ضربات جزاء غريبة واهداف غير محسوبة

ضد روما .. هدف تسلل لروما والجدل حول ضربة جزاء لم تسجل !!!

تورينو .. هدف صحيح بعد تصريح كولينا (شكرا) والجدل لم يسكت !!

ربما يجب ان يتعلموا القانون (الصحافة وادارة تورينو) قبل المباريات او تغييرها في حال خسارتهم


ضد الفيولا ... هدف صحيح لم يتركوه وشأنه بل وضعوه تسلل والخطأ كان في تمركز الحارس !! حتى وا لن يكن تريزي موجود لن يستطيع فري الوصول الى الكرة


الصحافة نجحت في اخفاء الامر الثاني وهو هدف موتو !! النقاش لم يتم عليه مثل الهدف الاول


المدهش اللذين منعوا نشر التقارير حول مباراة اودينيزي والاخطاء وضربات الجزاء التي لم تحسب لليوفي

وللاسف اصبح من الواضح ان كل مباراة يوفنتوس النتائج في التعادل او الفوز بنتيجة كبيرة او صغيرة يتلوها الاسبوع بالكامل حاملين الاتهامات والذرائع التي تقول الكثير عن الروح الرياضية والتواضع في عالم الكالتشيو .

والأسوأ هو أن مهما كان عدد قرارات خاطءه ضد اليوفي .. فان لا المشجعين ولا الادارة يجدون المكان والمنبر للتعبير عن رأيها !!!!!!!!!!

نحن نستحق صوت !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received an email from you regarding the subject,.



First of all I want to explain the difference between an article 1 violation (points deduction) and an article 6 violation (relegation). Article one is unsportsmanlike conduct (badmouthing a ref) while article 6 is illicit activity (match fixing). Since no article 6 violations were found against Juve the CAF and FIGC did what has never been done before. The created (and later annulled) a structured article violation adding together various article 1 violations to compose and article 6 violation. This is like saying that 3 grand theft autos = a murder 1. This was widely criticized by other judges and lawyers.

I am sending you the sentences from the Commissione d’Appello Federale (CAF) and Corte Federale (CF). I hope you read Italian. In any case the key points are:

- Pg 74-75 CAF claims that there was no “cupola” or “Moggi System” contrary to the Gazzetta

- Pg 76 CAF claims no article 6 violations against Juventus and therefore introduces the structured article violation (much disputed by many legal entities)

The reason this is so scandalous is because it attempts to convince the reader that a team (Juventus) was capable of obtaining a favorable position in the standings without fixing the results of a single game. My question is how. The only way to acquire points in the standings is by winning or drawing matches. If Juve didn’t fix any matches then the standings were legit right?

- Pg 83 CAF states that referee selections were done in accordance with the rules of the FIGC therefore all the phone calls made by Moggi to designer Bergamo were legal and altered no referee selections.

- Pg 101 CAF I’m sure you heard of Moggi’s yellow card system to ensure key players were suspended for upcoming matches against Juve. On this page the sentence declares that the yellow cards were not organized.

- Pg 65 CF claims that Moggi and Giraudo operated independently of Juventus and its owners. In other words the team should have been off the hook regarding relegation and only the two directors should have been on trial (that’s the little loophole that kept Milan in the CL)

- Pg 61 CF states that Juventus was not responsible for the salvation of Fiorentina after the De Santis influenced game between Lecce and Parma that finished in a tie allowing the Viola to survive Serie A

- Pg 66 CF states that though Moggi didn’t exercise his ability to condition games, he still possessed the ability. So since you have a car and a bottle of wine you could be tried for having the ability to drink and drive?

- Pg 74 CF admits that no proof of match fixing (article 6) exists.

- Pg 77 CF finally states the proof used against Juventus “Juventus’ advantage was evidenced by their position in the standings at the end of the season”. That’s right…they were guilty because they finished first. So you driving is proof of being a car thief too. Are you laughing yet?

CF Judge Piero Sandulli had an interview in “Il Giornale” on the 27th of July 2006 where he was asked what the reasoning was behind the sentence he approved. His response was “there was no illicit activity; the 2004-2005 season was not fixed. The only doubt we had was Lecce-Parma (didn’t concern Juventus or Moggi) which we looked at again and again (with no video…whatever). In any case the season was legitimate.” I’ll just add that Sandulli has a criminal record for fraudulent activity while at Rome’s City Hall and is a die hard Lazio fan.

CF Judge Mario Serio stated in an interview in “La Repubblica” on the 27th of July 2006 that “in spite of a lack of evidence regarding match fixing, Juventus were sentenced to Serie B and stripped of their titles after taking into consideration the collective interests of the parties involved in the investigation.” All of which happened to be Interista and not just from a fan point of view. See the facebook group to see who the key players in the investigation were and how they were tied to Inter.

Note that no wire taps were heard in court. That’s right. Only pieces of tran******s were used, tran******s that have been manipulated by those that provided them to the court (see facebook group because I don’t feel like re-writing the names and confessions).

Note that no video evidence was allowed to be used by the defense (see facebook videos)

Note no witnesses were allowed to be brought forth

Note that the defense had little more than 3 days to compile their arguments and that they were not presented with the evidence prior to the trial as opposed to what the law dictates…instead the press got a hold of the prosecution’s information first. Is it any wonder? Inter VP Carlo Buare owns la Gazzetta dello Sport and it is run by two major Inter Investors (Verdelli and Cannavo’) while il Corriere dello Sport is run by Bartolozzi (Inter Team Manager). There is more on this in the facebook writings.

This is a fraction of what is out there. This is why I lose my mind when I hear that Juve are “cheaters” or that Moggi is a “criminal”.

I’ll be happy to answer whatever questions I can and provide whatever else I can through email.

I’ll also be adding the TAR appeal which Juventus mysteriously retracted hours prior to going to court. The appeal was considered to be profound enough to clear Juve’s name and crush the system that governs Italian soccer. After the appeal was retracted by Juventus the Italian Sports Minister Melandri publically thanked Luca di Montezemolo (FIAT Director and Ferrari President). Montezemolo forced Juventus to submit to the Italian Sports Judiciary and no one knew why. Month’s later the same Tronchetti owned Telecom Italia (that spied on Juventus) sponsored Ferrari SpA in Formula 1 for millions of Euros. Now we see that Montezemolo sold out Juventus FC for Ferrari SpA

I’m also attaching 3 wiretaps that clearly show Meani (Milan Director) setting up a secret meeting with Collina (referee) and Galliani (Milan Vice President) in his restaurant on a day it was closed. Another tape between Bergamo (referee designer) and Carraro (FIGC President) clearly shows Carraro (Lazio’s biggest investor) asking Bergamo for favorable referees. The last one is the ONLY recording that exists between Moggi and a referee. Paparesta calls Moggi to apologize for not calling an obvious penalty for Juventus the day before against Reggina. Moggi calls him an asshole and hangs up.



I do want to warn you guys however, there are many more wire taps and ********s that I can’t possibly fit on one email. This is what I usually start people with because they are some of the most important.

أرسل لك جمل من (سي اي اف) والمحكمة, اتمنى انك تعرف اللغة الايطالية. عموما النقاط هي :

- صفحة 74 الى 75 : لا يوجد " نظام موجي" (على عكس ادعاءات الجازيتا الدائمة)

- صفحة 76 : تنص ان اليوفي لم ينتهك المادة 6 (تجهيز المباريات) وعطفا على ذلك قدمت المادة المعدلة !

السبب ان المسألة كلها تبدو مدبرة هي ان القضيه تحاول ان توهم القارئ بأن اليوفي قادر على التأثير على المباريات لصالحه من غير تجهيز ولا دفع مال (يقصد الرهبة من موجي). سؤالي هو .. ان الحصول على ترتيب في جدول الدوري يحصل من خلال الفوز او تجهيز المباريات ولكم غير ذلك كل شي قانوني اليس كذلك ؟ (يقصد انه مافي شي يستندون عليه)


- صفحة 83 : سي اي اف تنص ان جميع الحكام اختيرو نظاميا وان المكالمات بين موجي و بيرجامو نظامية

- ص 101 : سي اي اف ينص انه البطاقات الصفراء لم تكن جهزة (ردا على نظام موجي للبطاقات الصفراء)

- ص 65 : ان موجي وجراودو عملوا بشكل مستقل عن اليوفي. وهذا الشيء اللي كان يجب ان يحرر اليوفي (هذه هي الثغرة التي ابقت ميلان في الشامبيونز)

- ص 61 : ان اليوفي لم يكن مسوولا عن ابقاء الفيولا

- ص 66 : تنص ان موجي لم يمارس اي ضغوط لتجهيز المباريات ولكنه كان يملك المقدرة. سؤالي هو اذا كنت تملك سيارة و خمر فهل تتهم بالقيادة وانت تحت تأثير المسكر ؟؟

قاض المحكمة بييرو ساندولي في مقابلة في الجورنال في 27 من يوليو 2006 سئل عن اسباب الحكم الذي اقره. قال انه لم يكن هناك فعل صارم من الفريق, سنة 2004-2005 لم تكن مجهزة. الشك الوحيد مان في لقاء بارما وليشتي (لا علاقة لليوفي) التي شاهدناها مرارا وتكرارا (بدون فيديو). عموما السنة كانت نظاميه. سأضيف فقط ان ساندوللي لديه سجل اجرامي لعمليات اختلاس وانه من انصار فريق لازيو المتعصبين.


اعلم انه لم يكن يوجد اي اشرطه في المحكمه فقط اوراق وغيرها وعليها اعتمدوا.وان الدفاع ايضا لم يكن بامكانه الاستعانه بها. ولم يكن مسموح ايضا باحضار شهود !!!

اعلم ايضا ان الدفاع كان لديه فقط 3 ايام لتجهيز قضيته ولم يعطوا الادلة المستخدمه قبل بدء المحكمة وهو الشيء القانوني ! الصحافة حصلت على المعلومات قبل الدفاع ! هل هو مجرد صدفه ؟ انه نائب رئيس الانتر كارلو بوارا يملك لا جازيتا ؟ وانها تشغل من قبل مستثمرين انتراويين ؟ بينما الكوريرا تشغل من قبل بارتولزي مدير الانتر ؟


هذا فقط جزء مما يوجد هناك. هذا هو السبب انني افقد عقلي عندما اسمع ان اليوفي غشاشين او ان موجي مجرم!
