Sony just released their "wecome back" package yesterday. There is quite a lot of data in the two personal spaces, and with seventy-seven million members all trying to download them at the same time, Sony's bandwidth is taxed to the max. Error code 80710D36 is related to connectivity, and it isn't surpising that many people are getting that. I was able to download the loot well into the evening, when most of North America had gone to bed.

As more and more people finish their downloads, the demand will steady down to normal levels again. It's just that right now Sony's servers are so popular that they're having trouble keeping up with the demand....
