Cameroon football association appeal rejected

Zurich, 12 May 2004 - Meeting today in Zurich under the chairmanship of Rafael Salguero (Guatemala), the FIFA Appeal Committee rejected an appeal submitted by the Cameroon Football Association against a decision passed by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee on 16 April 2004, imposing a fine of CHF 200,000 on the association as well as the deduction of six points from their tally in the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™ qualifying matches (cf. media release dated 29 April 2004)

The Cameroon Football Association has been notified of this decision
