حصلت بالأمس مشكلة في الإيميل وهي عدم القدرهـ على فتح علبة البريد بالرغم من انني استطيع فتح الماسنجر وقمت بإرسال رسالة توضح المشكلة لوحدة الدعم وكان ردهم كالأتي :

الي فهمته انهم قفلوهـ بسبب سؤ الإستخدام مع اني لا اذكر اني فعلت شيء سيء وانا اسئل هنا هل هناك طريقة لإستعادته ام لا...؟
