Hi everybody

I know that everyhilali is pissed off and mad at what happened today

As for me I couldn't find it in my heart to feel anything but pride and love for this great team.....I'm sure that something wrong went on this afternoon....It seemed that our players didn't feel up to it, and thought that the game was definitely theirs....so they didn't try any harder....I think that Al Ray'd played very well (how could they not!!!!!they were playing against the best team in Asia!!!)....I hope that our players will learn their lesson, and thank God it happened before the Gulf Championship.....Let's forget about yesterday and start thinking about tomorrow and what it has in store for us

I love Al Hilal team and nothing on this earth will ever change that

What’s up!

If we assume that what you wrote is true, that is "the players
thought that the game was definitely theirs”...then their mistake is even
greater and utterly shameful!!... Because at this level of professionalism the
players are not paid to underestimate the opposing team, on the contrary,
they are paid to give a 100% each and every game. Especially since we
lost so many points already!

By the way! I congratulate you on your excellent English. However, I
wish you used a better word than "pissed off"…you probably know
where the phrase originally comes from!…it doesn’t sound good coming
from a Muslim/Saudi!…maybe it’s OK coming from a non-Muslim but
certainly not from us!

Please don’t be offended…just take it as a small piece of advice from
a Hilali friend. And if you feel I’m being too picky then please accept
my apology in advance!

Morever, I agree with Hilali California about alternate the word, try to use get angry istead of pissed off.

I know that the word is a bit unsuitable here, but it just came out spontaneously......I use it a lot in my speech....It's not just it, there are other words which I hope I'll get rid of(maybe coz I'm not trying real hard :rolleyes: )
