If you have Arabic Windows you can write In Arabic , First press Alt+Shift together (from the right side of the keyboard) then release them, You will see the change in cursor shape.

i do a gree with you .....well,i'm student in the usa and if you wann write in arabic all what you ahve to do is to go to http://www.naseej.com and they have in the buttom of the page something calls الكتابة بالعربية and if you click on it you gonna have an arabic key board and then you can use it and i'm not because it takes forever and i'm not patient
