لعب المنتخبين وسط اجواء ساخنه وشهد ملعب عش الطير تواجد جماهيري كبير يفوق 90 الف متفرج

في ملحمه كرويه رائعه , اللقاء بدا سجالاً بين المنتخبين ولم يشهد الشوط الاول سوى محاولات بالتسديد

من خارج منطقة الجزاء دون اي خطوره تذكر ...

الشوط الثاني بدا قوياً من المنتخبين واعتمد المنتخب الارجنتيني على طريقة سحب لاعبي المنتخب النيجيري

بالهجوم المعاكس الى ان تمكن قناص بنفيكا الشاب دي ماريا من احراز هدف على طريقة الكبار من فوق حارس

المنتخب النيجيري , وحاول النسور تعديل النتيجه الا ان خبرة الارجنتينين بائة دون تسجيل اي هدف للنسور , ليفوز

التانغو ويحافظ على ذهبية اولمبياد اثينا عام 2004 بذهبية اولمبياد بكين 2008 ..
