how can i use nokia 7650 cable..and in which prgram

hello...i have brought nokia7650 data cable and i know how to use it but i tried to use nokia pc suite but it failed...it is only work with infrared and bluetooth.....i didnt found any program which i can use my cable with it...so if any one know how to use it...please reply to me..thankx
