تكبيرة واحده فلا تقدر ، او تهلل تهليلة واحده فلا تقدر ، او تصلي و لو ركعتين
خفيفتين فلا تقدر ، او تقرأ ولو آيه واحده من القرآن فلا تقدر ،</span><span

بلغت فإنها سريعة <span class=GramE>الزوال ،</span> مع ما يعقبها من ألم و حسره و
ندم وضيق عيش في الدنيا ، و تعرض للعذاب في النار يوم القيامه تذكر قبل أن تعصي أن
المعاصي ظلمات بعضها فوق بعض ، و أن القلب يمرض و يضعف و يظلم بسبب الذنوب و
المعاصي ، و قد يموت بالكليه ، و اذا مات القلب تحتم الهلاك و تأكد الخسران ، قال
صلى الله عليه و سلم &quot; تعرض الفتن على القلوب كالحصير عوداً عوداً ، فأيُّ
قلبٍ أُشر بها نكتت فيه نكتهٌ سوداء ، و أيُّ قلبٍ أنكرها نكتت فيه نكتةُ بيضاء ،
حتى تصير على قلبين ، على أبيض مثل الصفا ، فلا تضره فتنه مادامت السموات و الارض
، وا لآخر أسود مرباداً كالكوز مجخياً لا يعرف معروفاً ، و لا ينكر منكراً الا ما
أشرب من هواه &quot; [متفق عليه] .</span><span style='font-size:13.5pt;

تعسير الأمور ، و وهن البدن ، و قصر العمر ، و موت الفجأه ، و فساد العقل ، و ذهب
الحياء و الغيره والأنفه و المروءه من القلب و المعاصي تزيل النعم ، و تحل النقم ،
و تمحق بركة العمر و بركة الرزق ، و بركة العلم و بركة العمل و بركة الطاعه ، و
